Where to start , main door into so called suit rotten and insecure. Much the same inside , Rotten mismatched skirting , some of this caused by ill fitting shower curtain. I would say the room wasn’t dirty but needs a lot of tlc . Even the plug in the hand basin missing , how much do they even cost ? . Silicone around the bathroom falling off and mouldy .. shocking . This hasn’t seen any investment in a long long time .
